We are located in the US Pacific Time Zone (West Coast). Normal phone order hours are weekdays 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Please include the following information:
• What items you are ordering. Please include item numbers.
• Your mailing address. We ship by US postal service First Class or Priority Mail.
• Your credit card information. For security you can divide your credit card number over two emails. Please include the expiration date and the billing address for the credit card (if different from the above mailing address).
• Your telephone number (or several phone numbers). Sometimes there is a problem with your order and we may need to contact you by phone.

You may place your order by postal mail. If you are sending a check or money order, please contact us and we will determine the shipping and handling charges for your order.

We process credit card payments by VISA or MasterCard. We currently cannot process Discover or American Express.

You can send us a check or money order. All checks and money orders must be for US dollars and drawn on a US bank.

Our minimum shipping and handling charge is $3.90 for small domestic orders shipped by First Class Mail. The minimum Priority Mail shipping and handling charge is $4.90. Most orders ship for less than $9.90 anywhere in the US. If you need to know the exact shipping and handling cost for your order, email us with a list of what you are ordering and your zip code.

Please note that we ship out orders in batches, usually once a week, so your order may not ship out right away. Occasionally some items are temporarily out of stock. If you need your order to ship right away please discuss the situation when you place your order. Better yet, place your order a couple of weeks before you need the items!

We ship our kits to customers all over the world. Most economical shipping is provided by Global Priority Mail and Global Express Mail. Email what you want and we'll let you know what it will cost to ship.
